J8 it still works the same way, the only way BUY wont be diluted if they have the cash already, but assuming they dont then they have to raise funds right? Also with BUY having a few projects I doubt they will empty all their coffers for their 15%, they will still hold the 15% but you would imagine they do a CR (at a much higher price yes) and therefore dilute their market cap with more shares...

Same for BPH, assume they will have to dilute yes, but at what price?? By the time we are at funding stage BOTH will be higher surely you agree?

This is why I suggested everyone worry about this later, it gets complex because we dont know how ANY of the parties involved plan on paying for drilling...
