TLDR;
-BPH Energy has a big opportunity to increase shareholder value through PEP-11 (GAS and CCS) as well as through the medical field with Cortical Dynamics.
-There is opposition to PEP-11 but the NOPTA board consisting of Keith Pitt and John Barilaro support gas; Scott Morrison and Angus Taylor are also supporting the gas-led recovery.
-The current permit is due to expire 12/2/2021 with the approval expected within the next 10 trading days.
-There have been a few posts from people worrying about the approval. Just keep in mind how hard the Government is pushing for gas, exploration, east coast supply, lowering prices etc it would be political suicide not to approve it. I know there is one poster who will comment so let me answer his questions in advance...
"What if they don't approve it?" - The Government is pushing for a gas led recovery, supported by Scott Morrison, Keith Pitt, Angus Taylor, John Barilaro and numerous other MP's. A vote to stop offshore drilling on the east coast (specifically PEP-11) was not passed in the Senate allowing the permit to be granted. I would also like to point out that if they didn't approve the exploration permit it would jeopardise the permit being granted in the future. It would also be an embarrassment to the Government when they are looking to partially fund exploration and gas fields.
"What if they give it to someone else?" - There has been nothing to indicate that they would deny the Advent/Bounty Oil application only to give it to someone else. This would further delay exploration of the area putting pressure on supply and prices - exactly what the gas-led recovery is here to prevent. Further, Advent have drilled previously without issue.
"What if they don't find gas?" - If you do your research (like I've posted above), you can see there is considerable research and proof of identifiable structures that give every indication that there is gas. There is also the potential for CCS which will also add to the potential of PEP-11.

Just going to throw this out there for all the people that are new to trading and this forum.
It is wise advice to be weary of people that ramp a stock to get you to buy their sell orders.
It is also equally important to identify the down rampers that want you to panic sell causing you to lose money.
Seems to be plenty of posts suggesting a collapse of the share price, Ask yourself, why?
This is what we know:
-10 trading days until expiry
-Government pushing for gas and funding explorations
-Current issues with price and supply
-There is a price sensitive announcement on the way (not talking about that idiotic post from before...you know the one)
-FDA Approval expected soon
-Preliminary well service agreement (booking a drilling rig)
-Appointment of a CCS expert (gov investing in CCS)
All the signs are pointing to a positive outcome.
Before you sell/buy, take a breath.
What are the motives of the people downramping with no fundamental or technical analysis?
