    I think you are misunderstanding the leverage potential with options. Let's say two investors are interested in buying a 3c stock, which has options selling at 1c and the conversion price is 3c. Does this sound like a familiar situation? Both investors have $10,000 to spend at the time and both anticipate that the stock will go to 30c. Investor A buys 333,333 shares at 3c, whilst Investor B buys 1,000,000 options at 1c. The stock price goes up to 30c, with the options trailing behind at 27c due to the 3c conversion. If Investor B sells part of their options holdings to convert the rest of the options into heads, who do you think long term will end up owning more shares of the company for the same initial layout? I will let you do the maths on this one...not financial advice, just simply some mathematics.
