I think the team at BPL will be working away in the back ground and agree with Pastimer that the share price will move upward with good news. Market manipulation or not when pay dirt is found the sp will head north.
All long term share holders can do is wait and hope, But as an investor I find that's the hardest thing to do when waiting for announcements/progress.
