My reading of the facts is that, essentially, the market is giving BPL an EV of about $0 based on cash and MCAP. It has given $0 value to the mineral sands projects and the COB JV (whether successful or not).
So really, the question is, what are these two projects worth and what is our target price?
I my initial thoughts were that we could be a retrace back to 9+ cents. The market loved BPL because it had some cobalt, and guess what, it still does. Value should be given attributed to BPL on that basis.
As for the mineral sands, what's your view on the value?
