It would be nice to see the JV agreement in it's entirety so we can come to more accurate conclusions. There seems to be at least a mediation process to go through before legal proceedings.

I understand the Blood thirsty COB people want this to be simple and straight forward but the more reasonable will see that BPL probably has a valid argument or two. The accusation that COB is avoiding appointing a manager and that a majority vote is required for important decisions come to mind.

I don't really know what will happen but I believe that the worst case scenario for BPL is paying 30% for this drilling program. More likely, the just and fair nation of Australia will find in favor of the legal owners BPL.
