Does anyone have any evidence that SE was at these negotiations ?

I have only seen Brian Allen's name come up as actually being there.

If SE was not there, I see this as a factor in BPMigas stalling. The other factor I see is BPMigas want some idea of continuity of gas supplies from other sources, (?stranded supplies perhaps) so they can work the numbers to hive of continuity of income (royalties) despite the origin of the gas.

In my mind there will be at least another round of negotiations before this project proceeds, but with time required frames etc, this will not take a long time.

I posted a lengthy article previously on how the corporation families have been involved in projects like these in the past. Although Indonesia is trying to get rid of this, I doubt they can do it completely and within the term of either this president or the next.

The PR of the article was there as much for the Indonesian Governments benefit as it was for the families. To make sure SE knows he is only a part of the 16b being spent in Indonesia this year on Gas projects.

I have no doubt the information is available to provide to BPMigas, that is what they want to make sure they enjoy having EWC in Indonesia.
