    Hi Rasaj,
    BPP executive Chairman and the Company Secretary both worked for REL. Resource Equipment limited was bought out and merged with National Pump Services in QLD to form NPE.
    The board would have intimate knowledge of NPE strengths and weaknesses. The below story gives some background...
