Third Party oil sold by Santos last quarter in Cooper Basin went up from 1,055.5 kboe to 1,489.9kboe !
This massive increase most likely mainly came from BPT’s western flank PEL91 oil fields. PEL91 was producing around 10kboe per day and based on increased of 450k last quarter, PEL91 production must have gone up to 15kboe per day ! We will have to wait next week for confirmation but it looks like the horizontal oil wells are doing very well.
