COE would need to be very cheap for a TO as Pel92 is on the matue side. although I think it will still keep delivering new fields COE only has 25% so to BID for this they would be paying avery hifg price is BPT dont like doing. compate the takeover of impress which got them 40% of 2 underexplored permits that within weeks of To completion had 2 p reserves of 3.1 million and they paid about under 90 million
