in reference to over subscription, one point that hasn't been raised, is that the under writers wont be getting their hands on any, and they didn't have to resort to issuing free options to underwriters like last time, admitedly different circumstances this time round. But it does stoke the curiousity to know who the party was and whether they buyers?
