It would seem to me, given half the shares on the market were subscribed for 4 cents, then to succeed the offer would need to be at that type of level I would have thought.
At least to have the Board, hand on heart, recommending acceptance
Just my view, but at least DLS is finally in play and this activity may well bring out some competitive tension, price wise.
Wait for some action yet!
