BPT are definitely buyers, you don't go to this effort and expense for nothing. If they were only concerned about the board they would get some of their own people on it. This separate board battle is not a battle for control but of ownership. Nothing wrong with the way the company is being run now, just greed raising it's head. I don't want to see my investment disappear to KL, do you?

The price offered now won't be what is finally paid, market forces will dictate that.
