Seems like a sensible investing strategy.... was thinking the same with my oil stocks.
Emerging technologies and the required raw material/ resources to produce them... I find consumer technologies hard to pick..
Always good to have a little cash around for shock events eg BP oil spill, bhp/ vale tailings dam, covid19
