Katok, the bigger picture is this.
ICN needs to do two things to monetise their MOU.
Firstly they need to drill a lot, and I mean a lot, of wells.
Secondly, they need to be out in the market attempting to do a deal that would secure reserves.
These efforts need to be in tandem so that if they are having some success in one or the other, they can move ahead with the best option.
Finally, if ICN is to be successful then they need to be a lot more user friendly in the market place than in the past, and they need to be a lot more active where it counts,....out in the paddock.Without laboring the point,....history does count.Remember the old saying ..."those that forget their history are doomed it".
My concern is that the required changes at ICN will be too slow or not at all.Consequently, investors move on to greener pastures.
