Any big deal still in negotiation cannot be factored into the forecast. So yes to me it was good news.

Major companies do not make decisions as quickly as Day Traders imagine. Major companies do not get involved in penny ante stuff. So when the announcement comes it should be company defining.

Defense contracts cannot be spelt out in detail because of the security ramifications.

I am prepared to be patient as I cannot dictate when the agreement is to be signed.
