Yesterday someone sold $380 worth of shares into 17.5c only to see two late buyers take it to the close at 19c.
Volume has certainly not been evident and a few erratic price movements is easy to manipulate on no volume....such as Friday and todays lame attempt.
It is ovious 18.5 to 20c is around the current floor and any breakout however small should be watched.
Time to pay attention....IMHO.
