Of course I don't know if this news has any direct bearing on BQT - as a long-term holder, I HOPE it has - but they certainly seemed to be 'in the running'.
As a matter of interest, the in-depth news coverage following the confirmation that the bill was passed indicated that the proposed ID cards would include fingerprint, facial and iris biometrics - exactly what BQT has been building up to in the recent past.

PS in yesterday's post 'Voluntary Disclosure' my position was shown as 'sell'... this was of course a touch of the banana finger syndrome; a typo. I'm very much a 'hold' sentiment, simply because I already hold a sackful and have no funds available to buy more.
