immoral to a point that it affects the shares price and company had to put out a market sensitive response as a result of this misinformation. and some short sellers benefited as they were quoted and likely or possibly informed earlier prior to filming.
if tax wash sale is illegal, why won't short selling in this case not be illegal or immoral.
