if you based on looking at technical analysis, you may be right. once the agm meeting over we have a better understanding. aus super has a substantial interest in this, having paid a higher price, they might coming in for more. however, they have been on the side line to avoid conflict as they have an insider in the board. The end of the day it is the sale and settlement. if you are a potential home owner, you will need to compare, are other operators better?, I'm sure the management will review their strategies accordingly.
