i believe the sales and settlement are still going. just would like to see the progress so far. The board consist of super fund director, mortgage and insurance director, one car leasing former cfo, one financial service director. ceo himself also on the board of residency land lease board. i believe they will get through the legal issues. The interest rate movement is more critical to the business. it affects the loan and settlement times, etc. better times are ahead.
