Final nail in the DMF coffin imo.

raise a great point about the board, it seems to lack a marketing/sales person to put pressure in that area thats the biggest concern

looking at some of their website, they seem to be struggling on their new communities (data from LC website)

Woodlee - Under 60 sales in 2 years since project launch
Yarrawonga - 2 Sales in 3 months since project launch
Merryfield - Abandonded? No word to the market or their website, it;s just disappeared.
New Ocean Grove: 7 sales in 8 months since project launch

FY24 will see poor settlements off back of poor sales in FY23 at Deenside, Wollart, Woodlee and Phillip Island.
FY25 in bigger trouble as the above communities still poor and all the new ones even worse.

Where they should be hitting 600+ settlements in FY25, they'll come out with a range of 450-500 and blame the disturbance of this DMF issue as the reason, when its an 18 month period of poor sales PRE this DMF drama that is the real issue imo.

Things need to change in their sales and marketing areas before they desrve the markets trust.
