Also add in talent and execution of Marketing and Sales team in face of increased competition. Throw in Product on the shelf as well, as the LIC housing product is a concern in comparison to it's competitors imo.
They had the Golden Ticket in VIC with little competition and a bull market. Cracks getting wider imo.
