In all honesty, they currently have $1mil in the bank (down $31 mil in just over 6 months). They also have numerous class actions that are most likely IMO to proceed. They also have a ton of external distribution lines to fix up and their internal management is hugely disrupted at the moment. This could go very badly IMO. A lot of the company's future will lie with the banks which is never a good thing
