Milanese that is what I was trying explain to kl. Sentiment and in 2015 doing what syr did in 2012 isn't enough to attract the same type of investor to provide stability to the SP. More seems to be needed and I suggested the events leading to the dfs will be the catalyst as it is uultimately the dfs which defines a projects viability.
