Adriano1, that sounds like a great idea. SYR would be duly grateful, given that power costs are probably the largest single item at any graphite mine. Naturally, we assume TON would sell power to SYR at the same price as the local electricity authority are currently charging in the Balama area, which is about 4.5c per kilowatt-hour. I'm sure that any good accountant will be able to bury the fact that generating the same power, from diesel-powered generators, will cost TON at least 30c per kilowatt-hour, and probably more, given the freight costs on the fuel - and that TON shareholders would applaud this demonstration of neighbourliness. Wouldn't they?
On the other hand, maybe TON might want to piggy-back on the power supply agreement already arranged to supply SYR's Balama mine from the grid. Now there's a thought.
