It is no different to an estate agent - some are good at icing the deal others at getting access the business. Very rarely do we get the complete package. Hence a responsible and qualified board will get people particular to the stage of the company. directors with good governance will also have systems in place to prevent irresponsible behaviour. Yes B Boyle was responsible for TON as CEO. however, so were the directors for not keeping a close eye on proceedings. It is the job of the directors to know. We saw TON hit 90 plus. If ADV gets to 20 c we will c some very happy investors. However, this is a speccy. Hence there will twists and turns until production. So relax. I said this the first time i came to adv from ton.
