well I have no issue with that. you had the option of taking cheapies at $0.05 as well not too long ago as we did all as well. he is still doing a good job IMO - compared to some companies where officholders do not buy any shares in the company or have any skin in the game (yeah some appear to be there just for the ride). and as far as directors options go they are usually based as part of his remuneration package or bonuses depending on progress. No issue in this instance with that at all.
