I was acting to protect my substantial shareholdings and also on behalf of overseas Chinese and Asian investors. I did my best I can according to the instructions given and having spoken to other major shareholders. Regarding notification a day earlier to others, I noted there was plenty of chance to buy the shares today after the release of the announcement. The share price of BKN even tumbled below yesterdays low at one point in time at $1.06 but I guess people were just too nervous to commit more money.
Hopefully you can assist and keep the momentum going by contacting David Chesterfield. Meantime I am waiting for directors' response before considering furhter action.
