At least you got a response, I tried contacting them twice in the past week with no reply.

I've been calling for (on this forum and elsewhere) the company to issue a statement to reassure the market over the past week, as well as a possible class action, but obviously feel on deaf ears.

Although the $2.50 was non-binding and subject to due diligence etc, in my view the Board acted prematurely and irrationally, particularly in light of, what I consider to be, disastrous financing only a couple months later.
