BB is one of the best CEO's on the ASX and I have worked with many.

TON's achievements to date has been extraordinary and BB, AJ and AG and management deserve every credit.

As the Company expands, no doubt the recruitment and working with the right people on the Board will be a undertaken but only at the right time and when the Company can afford it. As a long term shareholder, I am grateful we have a small "hands-on" Board dedicated to enhancing shareholder wealth. Each of the directors also have substantial "skin in the game".

Otherwise, we might end up with "Barbarians at the Gate" scenario, a top heavy Board with egotistical and demanding experts that would turn on the company on the flip of a coin if their demands weren't met.

Who knows, in 12 months time TON's head office may be in China, with a Chinese board and with Triton United Limited a subsidiary of a Chinese company listed on the Shanghai exchange.
