unfortunately there are way to many lawyers with no conscience or any sense of right from wrong - one of their own is the one who suggested the defence of admit the rape to get off the murder - he is not smart enough to have come up with the defence himself - how could anyone sleep at night trying to defend someone like that against what he did - and we are not talking about just points of law - this was actively trying to avoid a murder charge by admitting to the rape charge - lower than a snakes belly. normal people with normal sense of right and wrong could not in any conscience defend this rapist and murderer, let alone come up with novel ways to discount evidence
