IMO the SA Govt could kick-start the starter gold open pit at West Kalkaroo. First gold ounces produced go to repay its debt.
SA jobs, taxes, royalties, consumption and futures. And the SA Govt get its money back!
A free cash flowing HAV then moves onto the rest of Kalkaroo and the Grants Iron Ore Basin. More SA jobs, taxes, royalties, consumption and futures.
SA Govt won't reap those benefits with the minerals stuck in the ground.
