    Whatever the final offer ends up being (I doubt more than 3.2 cents), it will not be sufficient for what Pybar gets in return. Those tax credits alone..... I'm resigned that this is a done deal, but hey we might be surprised by Brahman's resolve in trying to squeeze as much out of this transaction/investment as possible.
