    Might be, but the main consideration is Pybar already have 50% of Henty, and BPA have just forced them to pay more.

    Doesn't sound like a friendly deal set up to me.

    Why didn't your team just throw in a counter bid rather than make Pybar simply pay more?

    Why set the bar higher to come in later with IAU?
