    This looks almost right; Change Board (appointing themselves), distribute cash to themselves as much as possible and not to all shareholders and auction assets so more cash can go back to them ? or come up with a hedge gold delivery where they get any future gold at a crazy discount - Hedge Funds are not developers of assets !
