just shows you how dim witted some people can be.one answer was how dark window tint was ,even so front windscreen are allowed to darkened.even ifa p-plater probably would darken the screen but an person,,, p iss poor excuse and the parkin inspector should be sacked but we know they c unt do that,. f uck all patking inspectors
