Doogsie, not having a go but I don't agree with your philosophy regarding directors trades. Sure, it's good to take director trades into consideration in your analysis, but to suggest they're right 80% is misleading. They buy and sell for countless reasons that may not reflect a near term run up or down in the SP. If your theory were true even 60% of the time, you could just look at biggest director trades each day and duplicate. It's just not that simple.
