Lets now forget it all so says that he is converting 250,000 unlisted options which will add money to the company, so he sold 250,000 ordinary shares (heads) and is now conversting 250,000 options into heads, so the amount of shares he holds has not changed just that the options now have been conversted! Very good tom see a director converting options early and putting money into the company!!!
