A Director selling shares is always seen as a negative. A good director will pick his times to sell so as to get good profits and do as little damage to the share price as they can.

I feel that this director sell was done at a good time, the share price is sitting strong following several very positive announcements, the director selling won't hurt it too much.

AVB, for example, had the director sell when the share price was was high but weak and it hurt the share price greatly.

You cannot blame a director for taking profit at times, you can, however, question the timing of the sell. I think this timing was good.
