Sorry to bore you all, but here is yet another one using shRNA. This one shows really good results in mice. I can't find the original article, so I'm not sure how old it is, or whether it has been posted before.

Not so long ago, these research reports would have made news headlines, now nobody batts an eyelid. Such a shame for victims of brain tumors that it's just so difficult to get any funding for clinical trials. Seems to be plenty of money around for erectile dysfunction medication though, and boob jobs. Strange world we live in.
