Because in previous annoucements the ASX has demanded more information about the financial impact or revenue attached to x annoucement, given that brn would be unable to quantify the impact they choose to not make an 'ASX annoucement' unless they can provide said information. This has been stated by the company several times an is why they advise all SH to follow them on socials as they can provide more frequent updates
