The announcement that BRN has a product for sale is not deemed ASX worthy - however, the revenue stemming from that product is and that comes from the quarterly announcements.
I can see why people think this sort of thing is worthy of an ASX announcement, but on the flip side, BRN is a 2.5 billion dollar company - new products and news of implementation of their tech should be par for the course. 2.5 billion dollar businesses don't announce every little thing they get up to on the ASX.
