it clearly says"A listed company has an obligation tocontinuously disclose information which mayhave an effect on its market price or value.Continuous disclosure is based on the principlethat all investors should have equal and timelyaccess to information about a company. Timelydisclosure of information helps to protect theinvestor and the reputation of the market."
Does such announcement not change value or reputation of the company?
Why would investors not have the right to know what are the official terms and condition of such partnership?
Why news is published to the media only and not to shareholders via the official ASX channel? Who knows such news may find positive support for falling price.
If news was insignificant why publish in the media?
