And further than that, Brainchip needs anchor investors aside founders. 60% at least.
Arm is what they are loooking for in its IPO. That's why free float will be low as well as much as 10%. Softbank doen't want a manipulation downwards like it happens with Brainchip.
If Brainchip is not capable to find anchor investors for 330M USD market cap, let's say 200M USD, management will never get rid or of Plato IM and it's short positions.
Do you want a string company? Find anchor investors ASAP.
