Since pre COVID 2019ish and have accumulated regularly how about your holdings?
loaded question on success as I'm not sure exactly which part you're referring to:
1 financial success - they changed the revenue model, makes sense to me the new direction.
2. Technology - that'd be like saying the iPhone 1 was a failure technologically because the iPhone 2 was released.
imo I don't think they get everything right and don't really like some of the outcomes of some decisions (e.g. options calls) and I'm sure they could be better at communicating) but the problem is real and they seem to have a solution to it that customers are liking and they are responding to feedback in a manner that should increase their chances of commercial success).
Might be a higher risk of investment appetite for some but that's the nature of disruptive emergence I guess.
