This was most definitely worthy of an ASX announcement, in my humble opinion.

Todd Vierra is a very high caliber appointment.

I think the ASX is very aware of the so called "hype" surrounding BRN and AKIDA..
They don't want to be seen as adding rocket fuel to the tanks..

Let's see them try to stop Brainchip announcing a big contract win

I say tell the ASX to get knotted and announce it to the media first!

Think there might be up to a million dollar fine for that, or as little as $100000, but the media coverage and beat up of it, would be worth much more in exposure

BRN ignores ASX continuous disclosure, announcing big deal directly to the media and cops hefty fine, but they don't care

But nahh, lets not be wasteful and work smart.
