Well whoever you are dealing with is not a lawyer or if he is he is unemployed or struck off. Has no idea about liability under our laws.

We visited Hong Kong before the transfer back to China and were amused by brass professional plaques that said ‘J. Ching Harvard School of Law 1993 (failed), Dr. Fong London College of Surgeons 1992 (failed).

As anyone who has followed my posts for some years now would know I have constantly attempted to educate or indoctrinate in these threads the understanding that as we are anonymous no one should be believed until you have read what they claim to be the source of the information they are posting.

People can have different views about what something is saying so even an honest anonymous poster can draw incorrect conclusions AND is clearly biased in favour of their own investments.

DYOR every time believe no one.

To seek to attack on the basis that this is some way to escape non existent liability is a sign of great desperation or mental health issues or both.
