because she didnt actually explain, MACD is just the difference between two exponential moving averages with different time spans. So if the short term exp moving average is less than the long term one, MACD is negative. So a "viciously" down MACD just means the share price has made a sharp move to the downside.
so what the delphic oracle is saying is that because the share price has gone down that indicates it will keep going down... MACD doesnt tell you anything that just looking at the chart doesnt already but chartists like to invent a bunch "technical" jargon because they are insecure about how wishy washy their "skills" are.
