...he needs to read up on what continuing disclosure Rule 3.1 means..........it doesn't mean just because you have possible material information that you need to disclose the information even if asked by ASX as long as the information has not been leaked out,...in other words, you may get a speeding ticket but you can still hold the information without revealing it to the market as nothing hasn't been finalised at that time to make it material, & that can happen 3 days later or one month later...but there might be a contract looming out there to be finalised at some point whether it be next week or a month later......

The example below is where you say no to all the Q & you still have a contract in the making that hasn't been disclosed to the market.......
